Following its acquisition of The Warehouse Group’s financial services arm, New Zealand’s Finance Now Limited (FNL) embarked on a number of internal transformational activities. This enables FNL to deliver consistent customer experience across its expanded product lines.
Its recent focus has been to integrate and enhance its financial crime management capability. Subsequently, it has chosen Ingenuous, a Melbourne-based decision support company delivering the latest technology in fraud prevention and compliance.
The first phase of the project was completed with FNL’s upgraded customer onboarding technology.

The solution, Intuition, will be implemented across the entire FNL product suite, which includes Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Personal Loans, Debt Consolidation Loans, Car Loans, Retail Finance and Business Finance.
